When I received it and placed a small TV on it, it bent and was unusable. Only after a number of phone calls and emails did they agree to refund my money for the cart, although they refused to pay for the shipping back to them. I had to pay $20 shipping for their defective product. One person I talked to on the phone blamed me and said this cart was not meant for a TV, when in fact it was advertised on the internet as a TV cart.
