I requested a return authorization and shipped them back for a credit. When I did not receive a prompt credit I tried to call them. there was no answer. I then requested a credit via email but was told it would take 30 days. It is now late July and I still have no credit and no response. Therefore I have just filed a dispute with my credit card company. This company needs to be put out of business apparently.
