I purchased a Sigma lens from them on eBay at a price about 10% higher than I can get from other sellers with better eBay feedback, because this company is an authorized Sigma dealer. Sigma requires the purchase to be made from an authorized dealer for you to qualify for factory extended warranty and this is the SOLE PURPOSE I purchased from this retailer despite the poor feedback and I think they know it.

When I boughtit using Buy It Now and paid for it, I was promptly given a UPS tracking number to give me an impression that it was shipped right away. I checked a few days later only to find the package isn't tendered to UPS.

I contacted them and I was told they do not have it in stock and are awaiting shipment, yet they kept the item as available for purchase on eBay.

I'm thinking they put things up for sale they do not have, then order as they receive money from customers.

It took them an entire week for them to ship from the date I paid. I demanded them to ship Next Day Air to meet original delivery schedule, but they pinched pennies and only agreed to ship 2nd Day Air. This wouldn't have been necessary if they didn't misrepresent what they don't have as available.

The package arrived in a box just barely big enough to contain the lens and this isn't an acceptable way to ship a $670 item.

I had a 10% off eBay coupon, so I bought from them instead of B&H, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have bought from them since B&H's price is comparable and they have much better return policy.

keep in mind... this place DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND, ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT.

I got a counterfeit.

I purchased an AC adapter, sold as "Genuine HP AC adapter" through this merchant on eBay. Upon receipt, there were a few things that did not appear right. The cord was significantly shorter than the original one and there was a misspelling on the label.

Being skeptical, I tore it down and found its construction very poor.

Although the seller has a stellar feedback score, it doesn't tell the long story.

HP was consulted and I'm told the adapter is a counterfeit. It took me months before it was conclusive this was a counterfeit.

This vendor sold a large assortment of "genuine" brand name computer adapters and batteries such as HP and IBM by a large quantity.

Now their feedback on eBay is set to private.

Purchased an open-box Logitech V450 laser cordless mouse from them on eBay.

Conditions of item was not as expected and it didn't work out of box.

Clearly used.Big scratch on bottom, clear signs of many insertions on the USB receiver. Serial number was blacked out.

Item did not work out of box. Receiver/Mouse wasn't sync'd and I had to download SetPoint and sync it. It's pain in the neck to perform and shouldn't be necessary out of the box.

Start the Connect Utility, then while holding down the left button, push power button, then click the right button five times, then let go of the left button. I had to do it a few times before it worked, but I was able to avoid having to return it.

Although they claim each and every item tested, there are many complaints of DOA and arriving in used conditions both here and eBay. It appears to be a pattern.

They describe open-box items as:
"each Open Box item is carefully inspected and tested by Justdeals prior to being shipped.

Each Open Box Product goes through a detailed and rigorous inspection to make sure that the item is of a like-new condition or almost new condition. "

I left them a neutral feedback, describing the problem. A while later, I received an email requseting to resolve the matter "in order to remove the feedback you left us" .

Seeing a pattern here, on eBay and on BBB

It appears they're soley interested in talking customers into taking down unfavorable reviews, rather than avoiding them in the first place and taking care of them.

I Googled around, found what I wanted, ordered it and it shipped immediately.

I have no experience with their customer service as I haven't had the need to contact them, so I can't comment on that however they did keep me updated on my order status promptly via automated notification.

They could have packaged my item better. Box didn't give the item adequate clerance on all sides. The box was a bit crushed, as you'd normally expect from something shipped UPS and it was crushed. Thankfully, the contents barely escaped damage.

Minimum shipping and handling is very high. $7.00 for 0.2 lbs envelope. Surely with their commercial account discount through FedEx, it cost them far less.

When you go to this merchant's webpage, the price may awww you but there are a few things to consider when you order from them.
1.) always contact them and verify the item is in stock. Do not give them your money on an item they don't have in stock.
2.) be prepared to wait at least a month.
3.) assume the product won't be mailed for about a week after they claim they mailed it.

They're by far the slowest e-tailer I've ever dealt with. Worse than the worst eBay seller I've dealt with. I also find feel their customs fraud an unethical business practice.

They declare customs as having a value much less than the item price and declared as "GIFT" when it clearly is not. This undercuts other merchants and creates unfair competition for local sellers through cheating.

The products do NOT ship from the US. The page is in English and it may not be immediately obvious up front, but as you go through the ordering process and read the shipping details, the items are shipped from HONG KONG, which would result in a longer delay than you had initially expected and it is a ground for unexpected customs duties.

3/27/07: ordered
delay, delay, delay and more delay

4/13/07: I demanded the status. They told me to wait a few days. I demanded my money back.
4/14/07: I received a "shipment notice" telling me it was shipped. LIES, I thought they did this to avoid giving a refund.
4/16/07: "the item already shipped, we can't refund you now"
(4/19/07): It DID NOT SHIP ON THE 14TH!. The Hong Kong postmark clearly shows "Apr 19 07" after it was supposedly "shipped":
4/26/07: FINALLY received

It took them 18 days before they claimed the product was finally mailed out. Then THEY delayed 5 more days after saying it was sent before it was actually mailed out.

Let's compare to the timeline they claim:
"Step 1 (1-3 days): Products are collected from our suppliers.

Step 2 (

Edited 1/31/08 for conciseness.

I purchased a Belkin USB to serial adapter I’m very dissatisfied as they sold me a store return or a used item under false pretense of “brand new in blister package”.

The item was not in blister package and it did not come with all the accessories. The RS-232C connector on the item showed clear signs of previous use. I called them immediately to report this.

I have purchased two of these from them and one was in like new conditions with all the accessories in a blister pack, however the blister pack did have a tag that read “CompUSA”, which is a clear indication the product was a store return rather than “brand new”.

Customer service was not cooperative and the manager, who’s name I believe was RAF was rude and had a combative attitude. He stated “sometimes they come in a package, sometimes they don’t”. I read back the description of the merchandise right off the page, however he insisted the item is new, but don’t always come in the “blister pack”.

With some persistence, he agreed to exchange the item for one in a blister pack. I demanded to be provided a postage label as it was clearly their fault that item was not described.

He refused to provide a return label citing “we don’t do return labels for a $12 item, it’s something we consider for a much more expensive item”. I made it clear I should not have to pay return postage. He acknowledged I do not have to pay postage, then instructed me to “seal the package back up, mark ‘refused’ and throw it in a mailbox’ “.

From my knowledge that constitutes postal fraud, so I contacted the Postal Service and they stated it is not legal to return an item in that manner.

I called back the manager, informed him that it is unlawful to do so as told by US Postal Service. He became angry with me for asking the Postal Service, stated his authority and claimed “I’m the manager, I know what I’m doing, just seal it, don’t take it to the Post Office, throw it in a blue mail box, it will work”.

I refused to do this, so I had to eat the postage. I returned the used product that was sold to me as “new” along with cable and partial accessories it did come with.

I then, got a replacement unit, but was missing a cable. When I called regarding this, the manager stated he thought I was just going to return the main unit, then agreed to send me a cable.

He did not send me the original Belkin® brand that goes with the unit, instead a generic, less valuable substitute.

In conclusion, I bought an item advertised as brand new, but was sold a used/returned item and I was asked by the manager to return the item to them through fraudulent use of the USPS “refuse mail” service to save them from having to send me a postage label at their expense.

If you’re asked to do the same, please keep in mind this is a postal fraud. I suggest you get a chargeback through your credit card, or just pay the postage and report them to US Postal Inspector for plotting a mail fraud at http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx
