I emailed them on the 19th asking why i have not received a confirmation email and they told me that the product had been shipped and that two of the items are out of stock. They did not tell me this when i put the order in. Additionally, they then tell me that they are located in CHINA and that their normal delivery time is 3 weeks!!! I received the package and there were only 4 cases in the bag. Out of the 4, 2 of them were BROKEN!!!!!! They are banking on the fact that you will not ship the products back to them as you are liable for the shipping charges to return. Since they are located in China, the shipping will cost more than the package.
