But 3 weeks goes by and still no word on when my order was to be shipped. I called and the phone was not in order, they said to ask questions via the web site, so i did. very prompt response saying they still had no idea when. 2 more weeks goes by and still no word. then they could not be reached by any means including email. I told them i wanted my money back after they charged my CC 2 days after placing the order. No response. i called my CC and they are handling it from now on. VERY BAD\/NO SERVICE.
