I had placed an order with this company on 10/07/05. Firstly the order was for 190.95 as advertised in the checkout procedure and what they charged my credit card.
Two days later I receive an email from thezeb stating that they have "corrected" pricing with my order. I replied to them, what corrections and adjustments, that I purchased their item solely on what they advertised.
Later that night I got home to discover fraud prevention calling. They had charged my credit card twice.
I tried emailing customer service again, no response as to why they charged me two times. Again the package remains paid/unshipped.
I check their website using the original invoice number that was emailed and given to me and it states their "corrected" pricing with no previous knowledge or record of the pricing they baited me into paying in the first place.
I tried calling customer service on 10/10, 10/11, and 10/12. Every time I call, I receive a response stating that their call center is closed. So, so far its been closed for 3 days. They were very very fast to make charges to my credit cards but are very shady when it comes to delivering what you pay for.
