I have to agree with other reviewers, amazon has a bad customer service. Note that they don't take full responsibility for their sellers as long as they continue to make money for them for using their service. I have recently ordered a 2TB My Passport USB hard drive from a "Fortune Deal" seller, and they sent me a 1TB HD for the half the price that I have paid for and they have not respond to request for a 2TB HD. I have contacted amazon customer service, and they told me it's not amazon responsibility for any sellers on their site and said that I can contact the seller directly if I want to. How can they not be responsible for all the sellers on their site when I purchased stuffs thought amazon. People should avoid buying stuffs from amazon anyway possible, because some sellers are scamming people on their site and amazon don't seem to care about it.
