PCNation indicated that item was in stock via Amazon storefront and was one of about 4 different sellers with item. After my order was placed I received no communication from PCNation that my order had been processed, shipped, or otherwise. After becoming curious on the status 2 days later I sent am email through Amazon requesting an updated. The response I received several hours later indicated that the item was actually NOT in stock and was on back-order. The email apologized for my inconvenience, but it appears that PCNation was happy to keep me uninformed and would deliver my item when they could get it.
Poor customer service is only reflected when service actually needs to be rendered. I received service only after contacting them.
Order was cancelled and placed with another vendor that doesn't misrepresent items as in-stock.
