I did my research and found many positive reviews across the internet. I placed my order on the 28th and made a direct deposit on the 28th of Decemeber. The 4 berkline recliners I purchased were shipped out the next day and sitting in Manchester NH on the 30th of December. It took 1 day to get them to my state. I didn\u0027t receive the chairs due to the New Years holiday till the 1\/4\/2012. They arrived in perfect shape better then I could have ever expected. I highly recommend Ultimate Home Entertainment and Roman for any home theater seating.
