Ok, CDW's not the cheapest place on earth... however ... the price premium equals one thing other places don't have: phenomenal service. Any time I need a mission-critical part - as with this recent order, I call up CDW. I ordered an ink-roller & consumables for our Phaser 8500 - and they got the order out *AFTER* their Cut-off time, and it was to us 2nd business day (as requested - however - a day early!) Now that's something you don't see often.

The Customer Account execs are great - just give them a call, let them know what you want - and that's it. 1-2 minutes to place an order by phone! Wow! Especially nice - if you order the same things over and over - like consumables.

Ordered it on 12th, received on 13th. They had just what I needed, supplied the correct product - and delivered it with zero hassle or delay. Quantity and specific item details were to-the-letter.

Well packaged.

Top notch service. I wish all photo discounters were this good.

What you've heard about this place, true. Don't even think you'll have a different experience ... even if the price they list is $100.00 over the rest of the "competition."

Placed my order. 2 hours later:

[ Notice the e-mail came from a different place. Another one of this scammer's fronts. ]

If you call for customer service, they say "OUT OF STOCK" and hang up on you. Very rude, fraudulent store. I'm watching my credit card statements for fraud transactions now. Extremely dissatisfied.

Still no word from expo cameras or any info. Still fraudsters. Really, don't even bother.

Complete & total fraud.

When you talk to the customer service rep - they tell you:

"What lens do you want? You don't want a lens? Ok, hold on ... your camera's out of stock. We don't have a restock date."

Order a different model: out of stock

Call for service, get hung up on. Ask for advice, please hold (while we call a real camera store and find out what we should suggest to you ... then come back with THE WRONG ANSWER!)

If the price is too good to be true, then IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
