WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you need help or have problems with your watch forget about it. Customer service is non-existant! The watch I ordered was not as described. I wanted to return it and it took several days to receive an RMA and then asked for shipping label, only to hear several days later again that they did not offer. So to save myself the hassle, I asked for a partial refund, if I decided to keep it and again, a week goes by and no answer, so I called only to be turned down. The whole time the lady on the other end kept telling me she couldn't hear me, even though I rasing my voice for her to hear me. The whole office in my building could hear our conversation clearly. They're obviously deaf.
