Website doesn't state which shipping service. It's UPS. It would have been nice to know since I try to have everything sent to my PO Box, especially since I live in the desert.
CS emailed to rectify the situation. Nathalie called, explained that they would refund the order that will never arrive, and replace the order. Computers were down, will call back the next day. Guess what never happened? Yeah, that phone call.
I'll just go back to purchasing from NaturalNutritionals. I've never had problems with them.
