“I love this site! So many products! Toys, beds, clothing of all kinds, collars, leashes, etc. Anything you want for your pooch they have it...A little expensive but they have items that I've never seen in any other store online, any other dog or elsewhere. I purchased a shark hoodie it's of good quality. Fits great! And if your dog doesn't like things on his head the hoodie can be snapped back. Again a little expensive but so much to choose from, unique creative and fun! The only issue I had with this site was with the browser. I clicked checkout with my item and it didn't load to the next page and I waited forever so I clicked it again and the end result was I received a quantity of 2 of my items so...I called customer service to check on their return procedures and my husband convinced me into keeping the extra as a spare in case one gets destroyed. We have Scottish terriers!!!”

“Great product! Aids in quiting smoking cigarettes but if not looking to quit also a more healthier alnernative. Not the least expensive site but not the most expensive either. Actually a good price, especially for the starter kit. Navigation on the website is not straight forward. You have to do a little research to find products and prices and such....I would do business with them again as I will need refills for my electronic cigarette.”

“I never received an order number because my credit card never went through due to some problem at the bank. That is not the problem. The problem is that they never tried to contact me about this. Not an email not a phone call nothing. When I called to see why my order was taking so long they claimed that they had tried to contact me via phone. This was not the case. When I checked my missed phone calls there was no 1-800 number nor was there an out-of-state number which is where they would have been calling from. There was also no email of any kind. I know a normal business, in a failed attempt to contact someone, would try to make contact via a different method. I was so pissed off I told them to forget it and ordered through someone else. BTW the item I had ordered was a charger for a camera battery. A camera that I happen to use all the time so when the battery charger crapped out we needed a new one stat, which did not happen. A month later I was searching the net for another business to go through which I found, (and was pleased if you read a previous review of mine!)”

“I ordered a jacket and saved about $30.00 by going through EMS. The jacket on every other site I found including in stores was at least $150.00 and other places had it for $200.00 + . So even with shipping I saved quite a bit. Th only problem I had was it took a long time to get here. I ordered it 11/26 and it didn't arrive until 12/13. My husband and I started to get worried as it is a Christmas present for one of his kids and he was leaving to see them 12/16. Just worried it wasn't going to gt here in time. Product as stated, no problems other than the unusually long delivery period. I might use them again.”

“I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I ordered a custom, screen print doggie tank top. The same day they sent me an email confirmation notifying me that they had received the order, they sent me a confirmation when the product was finished being printed and when it was sent. When the item arrived it was too small for my dog, even though the site stated the sizes and the size I chose corresponded with the weight of my dog, it did not fit. I called the customer service number on the website, received an RMA#, which is necessary for a return, printed/filled out a return sheet, which I received in my email after speaking to one of their representatives, and sent it back.(Louis)
The website is really easy to navigate through, they have literally infinite options when it comes to creating your own WHATEVER, great customer service, good prices, and a very fast order-manufacture-ship process. Definitely would suggest to anyone and will end up using there services many times in the future. Thanks!”

“I had previously ordered a camera battery charger from www.Sterlingtek.com on September 2nd 2009. I had decided to have it shipped 2 day as I needed the product um...like...a week before. On the 21st after not receiving a package, phone call or notification of any kind, despite having tried calling them a few times and leaving messages before, I decided to call them again. This time I got through and they explained to me that there was some trouble with the bank, which there was, and that the transaction had not gone through. This is okay as it can be and was easily fixed but they had not tried to contact me via phone or email to notify me of the "mistake" nor had they returned any of my calls. So I simply canceled my ordered, since nothing had really taken place anyways, and that's when I found Diamondback B&E. I can't believe I waited so long to cancel my order and use Diamondback, not that I could have gotten through to do it sooner anyways. I ordered the product the same day I canceled with the other company and not only did they receive and process my order that day but shipped it as well. Like some of the other reviewers said, I even received a confirmation/notice of shipment email a hour after I ordered. Something else that was cool is the battery charger I ordered is for a camera that is like 10 years old. It was surprising they even had the product I was looking for. They said two days and it took two days. Quick, reliable, easy, convenient and at a good price too! The product was just as advertised and I have no complaints. I would use Diamondback B&E for any of my electronic or battery purchases. I highly recommend! 10 out of 10”
