As a laptop repair center, I have purchased many LCDs from Bliss. Pricing is usually fairly competitive. More recently I have found DOA LCDs to be more frequent. I most recently sent back a DOA LCD. They refunded me the purchase price but would not refund shipping either way. I paid $14.99 for the part to be shipped to me and paid $10 UPS Ground to ship the part back. I was willing to eat the $10 return shipping. but for them to not return my $14.99 shipping for sending me a bad product is just silly. This is the last time our 3 service centers use this place.
