Sept 8, 2012 still not received original order made on August 14, 1012! Sad to say that I may not be a returning customer, unless something is done about the delay in shipping out the order or the lack of communication is improved! Waiting 4-6 weeks for an order, I may as well have gone to the corner tobacco shop!

Disappointed...third time ordering, shipment late again.
Second time my order was expedited overnight, which I am thankful, but there shouldnt have been a reason for BnB sitting on my order for a week and only after my phone call, my order was processed and sent out Priority Mail at their cost! Sad. Now this time my order wont be in till next week and the shipping fees went up as well as the price of one of the brands of Pipe tobacco that I order...Sad. I may have to look into another tobacco site.
