I've been dealing with Adorama for almost 10 years, and for the last 4 years exclusively with Ray in their Pro Services department. I simply can't say enough about what a great experience it is. Ray seems to be perpetually available, and gets back to me within an hour at most if I do have to leave a message. They have stellar service and are always willing to do what it takes to get hard-to-find items for me as soon as they can. The shipping is prompt (almost always same-day), well packaged, and reasonably priced. From 6-figure orders to those under $5, they've never steered me or my company wrong, and I will be a life-long client because of that.
