Buyer BEWARE. The person I encountered to inquire about the warranty of a product was the most rude person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I was asking about the warranty policies which is not stated on the website. He babbled and wouldn't let me get a word in. He told me I was cheap because I wouldn't upgrade to the camcorder kit. They do NOT offer manufacturer's warranty at all -you must upgrade to the package at $140.00. I told him he was rude and he said "I love being rude to people who can't afford things!" Obviously I never placed my order. I am so offended and will report him to the BBB. Hmmmph! The other reviews I found after this experience all said they were VERY Dissatisfied with their purchase. Thank God I listened to the little voice that told me to call before buying.
