I ordered a shoulder rig. The product came with everything except the screws to put it together, rendering the product worthless. I called the number to attempt to have the screws mailed to me. I was on hold for over 1/2 hour, never to speak with a human being. The computer voice on the phone line told me to go to the web sight and click on an icon which I found does not exist. Someone finally returned an email I sent to the company. I shipped the product back with a request for an exchange for a different holster, slightly higher price, but wanting an even exchange to make up for the poor customer service. We will see. Order carefully from this company because their customer support is less than desirable. We will see how they perform on the exchange.
