I placed an order on 12/1//11 for a bottom grid for a sink. It stated: to ship immediately. Amazingly, I did receive the item on 1/11/12 (one full month later) soon after I made a complaint to paypal resolution center. I made numerous calls to check on the order and delivery and was given the run around. The floor manager I spoke with at least 3 times was very curt and told me that there was no one else for me to speak with. Evidently, he does not have a manager above him. I became rather frustrated and felt that I should receive a discount for the false promises and was told that I could receive a credit to purchase another item from Decor Island. That would have been fine if I had been communicated with along the way instead of me having to constantly follow up. At this point, I will not be purchasing from Decor Island for future purchases as I was disappointed in their customer service which they tout on their website and lack of follow through.
