Product was exactly as advertised, and arrived in a ludicrously brief time -- ordered it on Saturday, and it arrived in perfect condition by Ground the following Tuesday.

Hard to argue with that.

As always, a nearly flawless transaction. Best prices, reliable products and execution. I recommend MeritLine to friends and customers (I sell a Mac OS-X disc-burning application).

However, if MeritLine wants to maximize this feedback channel, MeritLine should include the required information (invoice number and order date) in their "please rate your transaction at MeritLine" emails, so that they don't force their customers to needlessly rummage for information.

Seller needs to allow sales without the creation or use of an "Account". Seller probably loses 10% of sales due to frustration with silly "account" requirement, particularly with repeat customers who have forgotten their password.

Imagine if you went to a store and they required a password to buy anything, Would you go back?

Lame sellers think that "accounts" are a way to breed customer loyalty, but in reality they only annoy customers and drive away potential sales.

Smart retailers recognize that the goal is to sell the merchandise, not to create "accounts".
