I purchased a Wadia I transport from ListenUp. On first use, it was apparent that there was a problem with the unit, it would play for a few seconds and then stop. This result was the same for several (4, count'em 4) IPODs regardless of software status. I contacted ListenUp and they responded within 24 hours with an offer to replace. Further, the responder had the same device and noted his fondness for his unit. I returned the device and received a replacement promptly! The new one works great.
