“Ordered April 18, 2013. Received order May 20th. Order received was damaged, and clearly a different not even close imitation of the advertised product. Seller has not responded to complaint. Escalated it through Paypal, hoping for resolution. Through the XDA forum I became aware that this seller also sent the same wrong cheaper imitation product to another customer who ordered the same product that I did. I cannot confirm if this was intentional bait and switch fraud, or a repeated honest mistake. Either way, please, please stay away. Vendor is either incompetent or a fraud. ”

“Fast shipping, great price! Have not been able to test product, but it was in retail packaging so I don't expect any problems. The only trouble I had was with the internet ordering process, the site kept rejecting my order, and when I called their customer service they were of no help at all. Eventually I tried again, this time it went through, I only received one email and one product so I don't think I was double billed. I will use them again, cause the price can't be beat, but if they were the same price as other dealers, I would have given up and gone elsewhere after unsuccessfully placing an order a couple of times...”

“They shipped me a defective chip and shorted me on the refund even by their own refund policies whicm makes you pay for all the shipping costs and keeps 4% of your order to cover credit charge expenses. They have not bothered to even reply to my question why I was refunded more than 15% less than the defective product THEY manufactured and THEY should have tested but didn't prior to shipping - even though in their own forums they claim to test each and every one. They later apologized for not testing it and promised they would test the new chips - like I would believe the same story twice! Where's the rest of my refund??? And why should I have to cover their expenses when THEY screw up???”
