First time bitter experience in my online purchasing. I order sony vaio, which was told brand new. And i placed order. After two days, seller sent me email to contact them. They assigned Love as sales agent. I talked with him. He try to sell me extended insurance. That was kind of annoying.I denied. However, they made me pay 76 bucks extra for the shipping which had never mentioned and shown at the time i placed order. I said okey because the item was still good with that price if it were brand new as they claimed. At the mean time, i happened to read customer review from this web site about the seller. I wanted to stop the processes and called to my bank given that i did not get any shipping information by that time. But it was already late. They alrady charged my credit card but did not sent me information about the status. I tried to contact them, but they never replied my mail. When i threatned them of cancelling my order, they said i would get shipping information. At that time they said my item was aleardy shipped. However, after two days, they sent me invoice of shipping of date june 3. When i got my notebook, i was frustrated. It turned out refurshibed. I told them, but the customer representative claim that since the notebook has no scratches, it is new, nomatter of the sticker. I am kind of surprised to read even some good comments about them on this website. I feel like all of them might be written by themselves. If you have not placed order and just thinking about, it is wise not to go to them.
