“Order for a "Special Order" item which specifically states it takes 4 to 8 weekdays days for processing. They received free shipping via "Freight Saver" which specifically states that it will take an extra couple of days in shipping. The shipment was going to Oregon from Virginia which is a 5 day shipping zone by UPS. The order was placed just before midnight ET processed the next day and left our warehouse in 4 weekdays and arrived to the customer 5 weekdays after that.
That is at the fastest range for ground special orders and 7 weekdays faster than promised. Over 100,000 items on our site are not "Special Order" however to increase variety, we do make available more products. Timing for this product and other "Special Orders" is clearly marked on site and in confirmation receipts. Over 90% of our products ship faster.”
