I place an order for a Element Vapor Pro Spectra (Red/Black) bumper on 26 Nov 2011, the package arrived on 13 Dec 2011.

Upon unwrapping the package, I realize the package contain were totally different from what was stated on their sale thread.

The design for Element Vapor Pro Spectra bumper were suppose to be 1/3 red and 2/3 black. What I received were a bumper with the Vapor Pro font print at the side with the design of 1/2 Red and Black which I could not find any similar design on the OFFICIAL Element product site!Also the accessories that comes with the package was totally different from what was shown.

To make things worst. The METAL CAP for easy access to the power button were missing from the package! With that missing, the bumper were rendered useless.

After contact Truesupplier via email. Their representative Ethan offered for an exchange which needs me to ship the item back to them which I have to PAY FOR the SHIPPING AT MY OWN COST. FOR THEIR MISTAKE in the first place !

Honestly speaking. I am very disappointed on their exchange policy. This was suppose to be a surprise present for my husband but ended up it became a headache.
