I made a purchase on august 21 2008. I quickly received an email later that evening for the comfirmation of my order. However no tracking number was provided. Three days passed and still no tracking number provided. I emailed customer service and the following day received this email:
Hello,
We received your order.
Your order is being processed. Order procession usually takes 2-4 business days plus
the shipping time.
Once it’s approved and shipped out, we will contact you with the tracking information.

How ridiculous is that! They've already taken my money and four day later states that they have just received my order. What else is there to approve they've already taken my money and this order is just for a phone only without any contract or activation. In addition the phone is stated "IN STOCK." After cooling down, I decided to give them a couple more days. Two weeks went by. Still no phone or tracking number. I finally called customer service and got my ordered canceled.
The call to despercia was short and simple. The rep I spoke to did not seem to care to loose my business. I quess they are so use to customers canceling their order.
Luckily I used paypal for this traction and was issed my refund the next day.
Questionable company...that I have to say about Despercia
If it's too good to be true cancel it....
