Placed an order for and HTC Inspire Otterbox case on 04/05/11. The website said the case was in stock, once a I placed the order it showed up as back ordered and indicated that the item would be shipped in 2 weeks.

Needless to say one month later I still don't have the case and trying to cancel the order seems to be a big chore for them. Although, I did receive an email stating the amount had been refunded to my account but yet it does not show up in my account statement.

I decided not to heed the warnings written in the reviews with poor ratings, as this site seemed like a hit or miss. So BUYER BE AWARE, avoid this site as there is no guarantee of the type of service you will receive.

They will most likely place pointless comments below this review justifying their case, heed them not because if they cannot deliver on a simple commitment then they have no one to blame but themselves.
