I ordered a Nikon D70 on January 8,2004 and later discovered that Wells Digital charged my credit card the next day. 7 days after ordering (the earliest delivery date shown on their invoice), I tried to track my order using their order tracking link. It didn't find my order and I suspect it doesn't work at all.
Sensing trouble, I began leaving messages on the customer service answering machine (I never was abled to speak to anyone) which were never answered. They also didn't respond to follow-up emails. I then tried calling Wells' sales phone number only to get another answering machine that said the message box was full and hung up on me.
I canceled the order and I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would never buy from this company again and I would advise anyone else not to buy from Wells Digital. The camera was never delivered.
