Once again I pay for overnight shipping and they do not ship but charged my card immediately!!

I ordered my contacts from webeyecare on Tuesday 2/7 and paid for overnight shipping . On Wednesday I checked the tracking number and it said it will be delivered on Feb 15th. I contacted them about the overnight shipping mistake because I paid $30 for this because my daughter needed them asap. Well they sMade a mistake and shipped ground . They offered to ship a trial pair overnight that would be delivered on Thursday 2/9 . On Thursday I checked tracking and they had sent them to a totally different state with my home address which is in Ft Wayne In but they had sent to Hillsville VA !!!! So they intercepted and sent it to me and I got the trial pair on Friday 2/10 . My original box is scheduled to be delivered on 2/15. Today 2/14 I went to check on the tracking and they have intercepted the package again (which was originally coming to my correct address in Ft Wayne In and had it changed to Hillsville VA AGAIN !!!!!!! Unbelievable. I also have tried to call and talk to a person in Management but cannot get through to them nor has anyone contacted me back. I feel I should be refunded my $30 shipping fee for overnight and they need to contact me asap . This is starting to feel like a bad joke !!! Am I being PUNKED ?????
