I don't know how the lone reviewer sent them a message as they do not provide an email address, I placed 3 batteries in my cart and when I went to pay for my order I didn't notice they had upped it to 13 batteries, called them to correct the error, they shipped the correct amount but did not remove the extra $33.90 battery charge, I went back to the site to do an order test and ordered 3 batteries of another type and when it went to the cart, the total number of batteries had changed once again to 13, a mistake, I think not. I think they are running a crooked operation and I will contact my bank so I don't have to deal with these jerks any longer

In February 2011 I purchased a $2700 macbook pro 17' model with applecare. When I had an OS issue in august, apple notified me that the computer was originally registered in October 2010, and when I couldn't reinstall Snow Leopard which it came with, I looked closely at the wrapped dvd's that the computer came with. The OS disc was scratched and damaged beyond any cd or dvd I have ever owned. I was stunned. It became when I tried to reinstall Iphoto, they had actually shipped me an applications dvd that had Iphoto 6 on it. Iphoto was originally released in 2006, so it appeared that this computer was returned to them, minus the applications dvd. They found a dvd that said macbook pro 17" on it and packed it up and shipped it to me. I spent a total of about 2 days, with tech support going to an apple store, talking with tech support several times and I have not been able to return it to its oem state yet. I will never ever buy from this online and brick and mortar store. They couldn't explain the registration of this product 5 months prior to me buying it, nor could they explain the totally damaged, unplayable install disc and a 5 year old Iphoto suite that was also very damaged. Strangely, Apple immediately updated my apple care warranty to match the date that I purchased it so I don't know if they were involved in this charade. When I called the store back today, they simply said problem solved, they had called apple, end of story.
It's not the end of the story, I haven't received replacement install dvd's yet, nor am I convinced that I should have had to pay new retail pricing for what was clearly a used computer. Pre registered with damaged and wrong discs in the box is the smoking gun.
I feel as though I have been cheated and taken advantage of, more to come

“B&H Photo regrets your dissatisfaction. I note you discussed this with our customer service staff. They informed you that Apple pre-registers all their computers when they're shipped to retailers, as your was during Oct 2010. Your computer's serial number is SC02DG1N#####. It was shipped to you brand new, exactly as we received it from our supplier. It was not used or a demo or refurb and was not previously sold and returned.

I feel obliged to note you received this on 2/8/11 and were apparently entirely satisfied with it until Aug 30th. As I said, we regret your dissatisfaction but have done nothing to deserve your criticism.

I needed to replace a hard drive for my hd tivo unit called them got much great information and then for reasons beyond my control had to cancel the sale, and I'm leaving them a good review because they were so kind both times I called and they deserve to be acknowledged at least for that. Tivo decided to next day air me an adapter to use with their new unit so I didn't need the replacement drive but they were great

I ordered from Plemix because they had good pricing and good reviews from this site. This is very important when choosing an online retailer. I must say that I've never had better communication with any company, regardless of where they were, and this company is half way round the world. We had several communications, once because we had to change color of the phone that I ordered. It doesn't matter where the merchant is, as long as they are dedicated to giving great service. I would rather deal with a great merchant that is far away who uses FedEX expedited shipping than a US merchant that uses parcel post in the US. I don't write a lot of reviews but they certainly deserve the time it takes to write this one. So, from my experience, I can recommend buying from this company and I will certainly do so in the future.

I ordered two pair of glasses at costco mid June for $267. While wondering if there was a better way to buy glasses online I chanced upon some review sites, one of which mentioned zenni optical and I started shopping there glasses selection online. I wound up ordering 5 pair of single vision, double vision bi-focal, framed, frameless, and sunglasses of both descriptions. I knew it was going to be a bit of a wait , so they were delivered in 22 days and I was really pleased at the fine quality and attention to detail that I found in the glasses they delivered. I felt like on kid on Christmas morning when I opened the packages today. I never have to go without backup and stylish glasses again. Buying glasses from conventional brick and mortar stores is really a joke now, they overcharge so much it's comical. I am writing this to help other people make up their minds to take the plunge and take a cjhance. I was able to buy glasses that I only dreamed about before. My two pair of costco glasses cost $267 and the 5 pair of glasses I purchased from Zenni cost the grand total of $253 for 5 pairs of glasses all titanium of every description. I just thought I would set the record straight because ordering locally can take two weeks and my 5 pair took over just 3 weeks. Not a bad trade off to save possibly as much as $800-$1200 on glasses such as Lens Crafters etc. I hope I've given you the courage to take a chance like I did and save huge money

I shop around extensively before I buy, always check resellerratings.com if I haven't used a store before, just to make sure.
I've purchased from them before but thought I would take a minute give them a nice rating because of their great communication e:mails, and fast shipping. I got a confirmation e:mail before my convesation with salesman was finished. Most importanly they do what they say and provide very reasonable shipping costs. Unlike some other etailers, they don't try to make extra money on excessive shipping charges, kudos to them.
