POOR, POOR, POOR. 3 months and nothing but empty email notifications offering products not remotely like the ones I ordered.

I to requested a refund and received an automated email telling me I needed to snail mail it to them. I looked at the code: http://le.utah.gov/~code/TITLE13/htm/13_11_000400.htm and it requires the request to be in writing but it does not require requests to be on a physical peice of paper sent from you to him. So the code allows for requests to be made by fax or email. If he wants a physical copy, he can print it out.

Contact your credit card immediately if you've passed the promised ship date and let him deal with them.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Potential to be a great buy if what you purchase works. Ill equipt or disposed to deal with returns. The epitome of customer no-service.

I ordered a pair of Headrest Monitors which in turn Jerry had to order from the manufacturer. It took a couple days for him to place the order then a couple more to forward the package to me once he received it.

It did not have original packaging and one of the monitors was DOA. I called Jerry about the DOA monitor and he told me to call the manufacturer instead. The manufacturer told me it was broken and to return it to the seller. I called Jerry back and relayed the information and sent the item back immediately. During our call he asked to put me on hold for a minute. When his other call dropped (10 minutes later) I discovered he was discussing a potential sale with someone else. When he realized he was talking to me and not the potential customer he asked if I could hold again so he could call them back!?!

Jerry said he forwarded my return about three days after he received it. Actually he said "there's a package that's been sitting here for a couple days, I just haven't opened it yet."

One week later he answered my call and said the screen was going to be repaired not replaced. Two weeks later he didn't answer my call and all other calls since. He stopped responding to emails about that time so I sent an email informing him that I would dispute the purchase unless I received it in two weeks.

Two months later: no word from Jerry, no headrest, but the credit card refunded my purchase.

Subsequently, Jerry emails me and profanely rambles how I don't understand business, profit margins, ask for the moon and stars but want it for pennies, bla bla bla. Completely baseless accusations and insults then demostrates an utter lack of understanding of customer service or cares how his competitors deal with returns or DOA. Pay $20 more somewhere else and deal with a professional.

Repeat, if your stuff works when you get it; great deal. If it doesn't, you're not going to get any help from Jerry.

UPDATE!!! 10/21 Here is an update on Jerry. Subsequent to my post, I received TEN (10) fragmented emails on the same day from Jerry. These are direct cut/paste using his words from his emails. You be the judge.

Background: Since the part of the pair of headrests was defective Visa said the seller is responsible for return shipping. This is his reaction. You'll see a complete abdication of responsibility for the merchandise he sells. Note his last comments about his privacy policy.

"Abandoned.. ROFL.. You fuckin worthless piece of shit... PEOPLE like you fuck it up for everyone.. Actually what I am going to do is call the local PD and tell them you are in possession of stolen property... I will just go about it that way... Good luck .... Typical jackass theif of 2010.... I am sure you will affix the label to some broken shit cause that is the way you are.. YOU ARE A JACKASS THEIF ...I will just call the PD.. K.. Take care THEIF!!!!"

"YOU WANT THE FUCKIN RA FORM ASSHOLE???
YOU HAVE NO FUCKIN CLUE IDIOT!!! find it interesting???.. NO you are an impatient ASSHOLE !!!"

In Summary: if the rambling maniac sends you a broken product, you're screwed. He wants you to deal with the manufacturer but the manufacturer only deals with the vendor. He'll blame you for the broken item. He'll berate you when you protect your interests.
