Then when you call in, they refuse to take responsibility and force you to wait for an absurd amount of time. I actually timed it to 1 hour and 38 minutes of wait time. You are actually waiting on the phone for the length of a feature movie. <br><br>They also don\u0027t give refunds on their gaffes, so beware of that as well. Don\u0027t believe me?
