I purchased a few eco-friendly products from Mr. Greener because I was specifically looking for Eco-Nuts products and was enticed by the $3 flat-rate shipping this reseller offered. I received my package surprisingly fast considering how cheap shipping was, it took only a few days from the time I made the order (I suppose it helped that they're based in CA). There does not seem to be a large selection of products on the site currently, but they seem to keep their blog up-to-date with the newest products they sell. Seeing that I got my items hassle-free, I would recommend purchasing from this reseller if you find something you like from their site. Many of my friends have commented on how sturdy the disposable plates I've bought from them are and I of course feel happier knowing that I'm helping the planet out.

Also, checkout was done entirely with Paypal so personal info was secure. :)

I'm sorry to hear from the other reviewers that they've had bad experiences regarding delivery and customer service but this was my 2nd time ordering from Vitacost and my order arrived quickly with no problems. I placed my order on June 28 and my package arrived July 1. I was satisfied with my order for the most part, the only thing I have to complain about is the packaging. My skin care products were individually wrapped with plastic but some of the liquid still spilled into the plastic a little, not too big of a deal. I've never had to call customer service so I can't really say anything about that department. What pretty much keeps me still shopping at this site are the low prices.

Hopefully this review will give some hope to people who are skeptical of the low price, but that isn't to say everyone's experience will be similar. Maybe I just happened to be lucky that the products weren't backordered, but that's usually why companies can sell stuff for so cheap.

And I will say that some of the positive reviews are very fishy...

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from here for myself and I'm happy with how everything turned out. Normally I'm not fond with their selection of shoes, but I did manage to find a few that I did like and looked better in person. Shipping time was mediocre but then again, it's free shipping. I did have to return a 3rd pair of shoes once since my friend didn't want them anymore, and that turned out to be painless.

If you do need to return shoes though, make sure you print out the return shipping label the minute you request it onscreen, because there's pretty much no way to go back and print it again if you missed it the first time.

I ordered a pair of Marc by Marc Jacobs sunglasses here for nearly half the retail price. The product arrived quickly (but not sure if that was because I live in CA) without any scratches or defects. I also received an authentic case with the sunglasses, so I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend this seller for ordering sunglasses.

I was searching through resellers to find the merom version of the W3J because I wanted to preorder it. I didn't necessarily find c9tech to have the cheapest price for that product but I wanted to avoid sales tax and shipping fees. There were no problems with placing the order.

Any emails I sent to c9tech were replied to the next day so response time wasn't slow. When the product was ready, they offered me the option of going to Fremont myself and picking up the product from their warehouse instead of waiting for the notebook to ship back and forth between states. I chose to go to the warehouse which was somewhat hard to get to. But in the end, I got my notebook without trouble from c9tech (but going to Fremont and waiting in the warehouse wasn't fun). So far I'm satisfied and I wouldn't mind making another purchase from them.
