I ordered a battery on 4/4/2012. The battery lasted little over a month, I emailed them back and the person who responded to the email said the battery was under warranty and that I could send it back. I sent the old battery back on 5/14/2012 and I emailed them on 5/23/2012 to see if they had received the battery. It is now June 14th 2012 and no email, no nothing. I emailed them again on June 14, 2012 and someone finally answered and replied that the battery hadn't been returned. I could not track my package through the post office because I didn't put delivery confirmation on the package. They are now sending me a replacement battery on June 18, 2012. I'm glad they are sending another one but this whole process has been rather complicated.
