I was very pleased with RK Computers. This was my first purchase from them. I ordered a second generation Intel chip, the 2920, which is currently the most expensive and highest performing chip. They contacted me by email and asked why I needed the chip. They told me that it wears down the battery charge more quickly than the next lower chip and that most people don't need it. So even though it required a change to my order, and it means that the price of my laptop would be less than if they hadn't emailed me, they did it anyway. When the computer arrived, there were some Post-It notes on a software disc and on the computer to inform me about some things that needed to be done and why. This is the type of personal, customer-interested attention, that is rarely seen anymore. By the way, my new laptop is awesome. I would definitely do business with RK Computers again.
