I was browsing the internet for a glass coffee table not really expecting to buy furniture I had not seen directly. I saw a coffee table on Totally Furniture's website that was even better than what I thought I wanted. It was perfect, and the price was incredible. I ordered it, requesting a two week delay in delivery. It arrived precisely when I wanted it. There was a small problem about the item's code number. I called customer service right away and Debbie responded within a half hour with a solution that was more than generous. Four days later I received my "revised" original coffee table. I think the way a company handles problems is an indication of genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I look forward to buying from Totally Furniture again -- and again.
