Sold my textbooks back to Bookbyte...was told they only received one book in the box. I returned five books together....how can that be so? Was told by customer service (via email, because they don't provide a number to call) that unless I could prove what the weight of the box was, there was nothing they could do. Thus, I am not only out about $180, I no longer have my textbooks to sell to anyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
