“We apologize for any misunderstanding with your order. Our website had an inaccurate price on the item in question. After fixing the error, we emailed or called all customers to inform them of the issue. Instead of simply cancelling out these orders, we did offer all customers one unit at that rate. Our processing department also credited back any customer that purchased multiple quantities of this item. Abt has won numerous awards from the BBB including one for marketplace ethics. We feel we handled this unfortunate situation fairly. We look forward to hear back from the customer directly.”
