i had less than a week to get a passport for my 5 month old daughter to travel with me to the Bahamas to see her dying grandmother...needless to say i was panicking!! i was very skeptical about using an expediting service since i knew nothing about them but i really saw no other choice. RJ Larney, my case manager, was AWESOME in explaining everything to me and keeping me informed on what was going on with my documents. he reassured me that everything was going to be fine and i would have my passport in time for my trip. there were a few issues with the state department (wanted MORE documentation which i had to have overnighted) but i was SOOOO relieved when my doorbell rang at 0645 the morning of my trip and there was Cooper's passport!!!! i would HIGHLY recommend this company to family, friends, anyone needing a passport quickly. a little pricey but SOOOO worth the money. thanks again, RJ!!!!! u were WONDERFUL!!!!
