I ordered a keyboard for my Macbook. The item arrived timely however it was packaged very poorly, it shipped from Hong Kong and in a box that was too small for the keyboard, parts of the keyboard was haning out on each end. They wrapped it with bubble wrap but this did not protect it and it arrived damaged. I have been trying to contact them. I left an email because it not possible to talk to anyone. I sent pictures of the packaging and the damage. No response as of yet.

Update, still no resolve, I noticed that they commented they would do better with their shipping but there are more issues then that. Keep in mind that I finally received a RMA to return the damaged keyboard due to the very poor packaging, I have sent the keyboard back ***VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:** I had to pay $16.00 to return it even though the damage was clearly due to the poor packaging. I would not mind paying a return charge if the issue was not created by Suntek. So I wait, what will happen? Will they respond to my request for an update? Will I actually receive a new working keyboard? Who knows? One thing is for certain, my desire to save a few dollars in dealing with this company as not proven to be. I would have been better off purchasing this item in the US. Lesson learned... it is not always "Cheaper" and the "Service" level does not compare in dealing with this company in "China"

Still no response, I am waiting on someone to provide an update. I have made several inquire's

3/22/10 Guess what? Still nothing, only that they have not received the keyboard back. Sent back to them in Jan. they say, please be patient. Amazing this is still going on. I will continue to update you.

4/4/10 - Well a received an email from Nick who seemed to be sincere about the issue, he said he would resolve the problem and even offered an item valued at $30 USD for my trouble. I of course accepted, but mostly wanted a keyboard that I purchased that is not damaged. What do you think happened? Well today I received the exact same damaged keyboard back. Ironically enough, this keyboard, they claimed they had not received back from me!! How do I know this? well because it came back to me in the same packaging that was not adequate to begin with and why the keyboard was damaged in the first place. Yes the same packaging... now the keyboard has additional damage in all four corners. It is going on 6 months now and the issue continues to compound itself. I have responded to the company with the current situation, we will see what the response is. Do you think they will ask me to spend another $15.00 to send it back to them again? Who thinks that would be a good idea? I am amazed but then again, not really. I will update as I learn more.

4/7/10 - Thank-You to Nick, he followed up and I received a credit for the purchase. Perhaps this was a lesson to both Suntek and myself. Suntek appears to be concerned enough to resolve the issue, unfortunately it took a lot of effort and time but the end result is that I received a resolution. My recommendation is to watch this company, if they use this situation and resolve the noted issues, they certainly would be a company to do business with. Thank you again Nick.
