I went into the Denver area store Sunday afternoon to purchase an 8 port switch. A Netgear switch was mislabeled for $9.99, when this was rung up it showed $39.99. I told them I was not interested at the that price and the manager refused to perform and override on the price. I left without making a purchase.

Monday morning I received a phone call from my credit card company alerting me to possible fraudulent charges. I looked at my account immediately seeing that $1461.04 was charged to my card at Microcenter. I contacted the store by phone. The manager on duty was not willing to get on the phone leaving an employee to resolve the issue. This employee was not able to assist me in anyway to verify that the signature on the credit statement did not match the number on the card. Or would not evaluate security camera tapes either. This means I am left to dispute these charges with my credit card company.
