Just ordered a part with expedited shipping. Checked my bank account and the order is debited twice! Called to get it corrected and the guy was short and rude, talking over me to say it's not their fault it's just "an echo" in the card service system. Sorry, no such thing as an echo. He says it happens all the time. Sorry, I've never seen it happen nor heard of such a thing. Will he cancel the duplicate? Nope, "it wasn't our fault. If it's an "echo" it will 'fall off' your account in about 5 to 7 business days". (if it's an "echo")
This is not good. What then is the extra order and where did the money go but to Jacks small Engines?
Got no satisfaction, got no reasonable explanation, got treated like "who the heck cares", got to find another supplier because if this company can't handle online billing with professional and safe service, they are just to risky.
Wish I could say something good. I hope the parts arrive,on time!
