Xotic PC provides top notch service and a quality product. After dealing with a very inefficient and unreliable company (Toshiba) I was pleased that the few times I called Xotic PC, my call was answered by an representative and I didn't have to go through an obstacle course of automated messages. They even emailed me about 6 months after I bought my PC to ask how everything was working and if there is anything that they could do to help improve the product. I will be buying from them again; the service is worth it.
