This was my first time ordering from Comfort1st. Overall I was very happy with their service but unfortunately not the product, so I will have to write another review after the return process is finished. The product was at a good price and the processing and shipping was somewhat quick. When I saw the steps to return I was a bit taken a back. I hope they don't charge me a restocking fee because I literally took the product out of the box, tried to assemble with no instructions and was just not happy with the product at all. Could not assemble. I repacked the box exactly as it was delivered to me with all part and peices intact and I sent the return the very next day. If I am charged a restocking fee I will be very upset, especially because it doesn't say anywhere that it doesn't come with a manual or assembly instructions. If I am not charged a restocking fee and I spent $25+ to ship back, track, and insure the product which is steep, but at least I have the peice of mind that it's only fair, seeing as it costs money to ship to me in the first place.
