I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My book arrived in the mail and it looked as though ink had bled over a few of my pages. I was very upset, having spent a lot of time designing this book. I immediately called customer service expressing my anger and explained what the pages had looked like. They told me to send them an email with pictures of the damages and they would respond shortly. The next day I had an email back instructing me to mail my book back and they would replace it with a new copy. My new copy came in today, less than a week later and it looks great. All the damages were fixed with almost no hassle at all. Thank you for the great customer service, A+!
