Well on March 17 2011 the sound went out so I called PC Richards. The next day they had a serviceman call and arrived at the time he stated. The set was taken back to the repair shop which didn\u0027t surprise me. What did surprise me was an email two days later saying that a tech was looking at the set. Four more emails followed telling me every move they made. The repair was made in four business days from the time I called. I\u0027m can\u0027t get over the communication.
