DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
By far, this has been the WORST experience I have ever had, from an online seller. Customer support is terrible.
I ordered (2) simple items (a laser and a gun holster). After sending a request for compatibility between the 2 items, and not receiving a response, I called them. The rep checked and confirmed that the 2 items would work, so I ordered the holster.
They sent a Paypal request an HOUR later - I was long gone from the computer. When I got home, I saw the email and called to inquire about the situation, and found that the order had been held up (I had originally offered to pay with a credit card, but was told that Paypal was no problem and that they had the information (I know, I know...).
After speaking with 3 separate people, they agreed to expedite my shipping for free, to try and make Christmas. An HOUR later, they were sending a Paypal request for an additional $13 for shipping. I then checked and they had charged my credit card and ADDITIONAL $7.
Today, I received a response from my ORIGINAL Product Info Request, on product compatibility. Apparently, my holster WILL NOT FIT (it's on its way).
I could go on, but I feel like an idiot ranting. The bottom line is that the product won't work, they've already warned me of the hurdles I'm going to jump through with RMA's, and Christmas is not happening.
Total purchases were about $200. I've already got about 4 1/2 hours invested, and I "saved" about $10, on items that won't work together.
If you decide to buy from them anyway, you're on your own - We've warned you :(
