Shop.com is one of the easiest online merchants to deal with. I needed a new mp3 player - found the exact one I wanted in about 2 minutes. Placed the order, received a confirmation email seconds later. TigerDirect is the store to beware of - THEY screwed up my order. I checked with Shop.com to see about my order, because I hadn't heard anything from TigerDirect. All was well on Shop.com's end. TigerDirect never confirmed my order - I called them, only to find out my order was on hold because, since I was a new customer, my credit card had to be verified. I didn't find this out until 10 days after I placed the order, and called because I hadn't gotten anything - not even an EMAIL. TigerDirect's customer service was rude, impatient, and doesn't understand the value of using a mute button when they need to cough or chit-chat with other reps. Horrible service. But Shop.com is fabulous, and the rest of the reviewers on here don't seem to realize that it's usually the other merchant that screws up - shop.com takes your order and forwards it on, that's ALL. And they do a darn good job of it.
