One should be really lucky to get a product that works. I wasn't one of them. I bought a tablet FOR $101 with free shipping from their website....it arrived quickly. Worked for half an hour and just stopped after. Would not turn on. I immediately contacted them (which can only be done by email/submitting a support ticket). They told me to ship it back to them for which I was responsible for the charges. I spent $40 to ship it back to China. They received it and never got back. Wrote to them about my refund and they now say that they would refund me $80 as it costed them $40 to ship it to me. I told them I paid $101 with free shipping. I want my money back. I already lost $40 while I shipped the defective tablet back, I am not losing another $40. They have not responded. I have disputed the charge with PAYPAL. Let's see what they can do. My 2 cents worth: STAY AWAY FORM EVERBUYING.COM. THEY R CHEATS!! Their return policy celarly states that you have to bear the return shipping charges. Now they want to charge me the sellers shipping charge when it stated free shipping!!!
