On the day the order arrived, I recieved a voicemail from 4allmemory indicating that the wrong memory may have been shipped. It indeed was incorrect. I gave them a call at about 5pm, and they said they would ship the correct memory next day. I did recieve the correct memory the next day, along with a pre-paid label to ship the incorrect stuff back.
These guys try hard. Yes they made a mistake, but did everything possible to correct it. And, the memory works great. You don't find this level of customer service in mail order computer parts much anymore.
